About Kings-Link Ventures
Kings-Link Ventures Limited is a Real Estate and Environmental Assessment firm, providing professional Management, agent services and Environmental Impact Assessment Services in Kenya. It was founded in the year 2014. It is structured in three main departments, which are complimentary in the provision of services.
The departments are:
1. Management Department
This section deals with the management of commercial (office blocks, shopping complexes), residential and industrial properties which involves collection of rents, negotiating leases with tenants, maintenance of the buildings and preparation of statements of accounts among other duties.
2. Agency (Letting and Sales) Department
This section deals with selling and letting of residential, industrial, commercial and agricultural properties. It also deals with selling and letting of specialized properties such as petrol stations, hotels, hospitals etc
3. Environmental Impact Assessment Department
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is an integral part of planning and development. It is a process by which the anticipated effects on the environment of a proposed development are measured to inform the decision making process. The EIA process can often be seen as complex and confusing, particularly for key stakeholders. However, if managed well it offers an opportunity to de-risk development and enhance reputation.
